Returns
As our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 15 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item is lost we will ask you to provide the information requested by Canada Post to make a claim, and, of course, once the postal service is satisfied with all the submitted information to process the claim, we shall send you a replacement order.
